General Terms & Conditions
Rates
All rates quoted are correct at time of publishing.
Rates quoted are in USD/MYR.
Reservations
All services must be booked directly to Alwaha Tours.
Minimum time required for reservation is 30 days prior to arrival
date subject to availability.
Payment
Full payment must be settled 30 days before arrival date or any option date given
by Alwaha Tours.
Payment can be made by on-line or Telegraphic Transfer payable to Alwaha Tours Malaysia.
Cancellation & No Show
Penalties may be levied by hotels, airlines, restaurants, transport provider, etc. with whom Alwaha
Tours had committed
to. Conditions may differ from one service provider to another.
Refunds
Refunds will not be entertained for any unutilized services or arrangements.
Amendments
Any amendment(s) to a confirmed reservation will be charged USD20 per amendment plus any
fees imposed by any other service provider(s).
Warranty
Alwaha Tours warranties our customers will be provided with their reserved accommodation or of
the equivalent standard and tours as per stated in the itinerary.
Insurance
All Alwaha Tours’ vehicles and our contractors vehicles are fully insured, however customers
are
advised to purchase their own travel insurance to safeguard their tour plan.
Liabilities
Alwaha Tours acts as an agent and an intermediary between hotels, airlines, restaurants, land transport,
tourist offices, contractors and other service provider. Alwaha Tours therefore is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage,
sustained by the tourist including those occurring outside the tour program. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents,
natural disaster, political action or unrest must be borne by the tourist. Participating in our tour program implies tourist’s
agreement to the above conditions.
